Your mission (What are you going to do)
Financial Controller
As a Financial Controller, you will join a team of ten finance colleagues and report to the Manager of Finance & Control. The Finance team oversees the financial administration of all of our offices in Europe (our HQ is in the Netherlands). In your role as Controller, you will help us managing the financial organization and ensure that the financial operations are in order all over Europe. Visiting the offices will account for 10% of your work.
Your tasks 1 (in max 4 bullets)
- Create financial analyses and prepare periodic reports;
- Prepare and monitor budgets;
- Collaborate on efficiency projects and cost-saving initiatives on a project basis;
- Identify and initiate improvements;
- Ensure processes run efficiently and in a structured manner.
Your profile (About you)
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- You can work independently and proactively;
- You have the drive to continuously initiate and implement improvements;
- You are strong in communication and networking, and you understand cultural differences;
- You have a flexible yet critical attitude;
- You have extensive knowledge of and experience with Excel;
