Testing Manager

Your mission (What are you going to do)

Innovation Engineering SRL, a dynamic and innovative IT company part of PNO Group, specialized in the design, development, and maintenance of advanced IT solutions is looking for a Data Curator to join our team.

What are we looking for:

An experienced Testing Manager with a focus on cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence. You will join our team to test the usability of programs and software. You will also test the functionality of various products as they move through the production stages to become finished products. You’ve had a similar position for the last 5 years or more, most likely in another IT Company or a technology partner.

Your profile (About you)

  • Responsible for every QC and monitoring of a testing process until the software is successfully rolled out.
  • Overseeing the software testing & must be an effective leader, communicator & problem solver.
  • Triage and resolve test errors.
  • Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
  • Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Overseeing the planning, design, execution, and reporting of tests to ensure that software meets quality standards and is free from errors or defects.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure that testing aligns with project goals and objective.
  • Leading regular integration testing status meetings with testing team
  • Responsible for all access to test tools and configuration management activities

 



 

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development within the IT 

Sector

  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage a team (minimum 3+ years)
  • Experience in test planning and strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting requests and priorities, as well as setting and delivering to realistic deadlines.
  • Resilient, solution-focused, and analytical with ability to see the wider context in which you are working
