Innovation Engineering SRL, part of the PNO Group, is a forward-thinking IT company specializing in the design, development, and maintenance of advanced IT solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in managing our complex infrastructures.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in systems administration, open-source technologies, and DevOps methodologies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers to prepare and maintain the operating environment, enabling efficient deployment and automation of key processes. The position requires the ability to manage both public and private cloud infrastructures while ensuring seamless operations.
• Deployment & Code Administration: Manage deployment environments utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, CI/CD (GitLab), and Harbor.
• Network Administration: Basic knowledge of TCP/IP communication architecture (ping, telnet, etc.).
• Web Server Administration: Proficiency in configuring Apache/Nginx web servers, including Reverse Proxy and cluster configurations. Ability to manage SSL certificates.
• Linux System Administration (Debian/Ubuntu): Install, configure, and update OS, manage user permissions, and mount resources via iSCSI, NFS, Samba.
• Monitoring Management: Hands-on experience with monitoring systems like CheckMk, Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Cloud Platform Administration: Administer private cloud platforms (VMWare vSphere) and public cloud services (GCP, AWS).

About you
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Keycloak SSO Manager (installation, configuration, and updates).
• Familiarity with Solr9 Search Enterprise Platform in cloud mode, integrated with ZooKeeper for coordination.
• Expertise in managing complex, open-source software development environments.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within IT companies or technology partners.
• Must be based in Italy and available for periodic in-person meetings in Rome.
